        I have been working with Aspire (Tina) for over a year and have had fantastic results! She has given me sound information with my balanced diet and tailored the workouts to my needs. Am thrilled with the progress I have made and will continue to invest in my health with her support despite reaching my weight loss goals. Would definitely recommend contacting Tina if you truly want to commit to making a positive change- you won't regret it!

        I have found Tina to be an excellent communicator, and coach. She is completely mindful of my goals, putting together a programme that meets those needs but at the same time challenges me to push that little bit further. Due to Covid-19, I have sadly had to take a break but am hoping to get back in August. Despite the break I am still feeling more mobile and flexible than I have in years. Looking forward to resuming my sessions! Anne
