We bought a few of their corded business type phones because A) they had all the features we wanted, and B) they had a 10 year warranty.
However, when the phones went wrong (and they all did, loads of crackling and interference on the line, it was defn the phone, confirmed by substitution....) Doro didn't want to know. They gave us the run around and told us "the warranty was nothing to do with them, get onto the retailer" which is quite obviously a load of tosh. The actual phone packaging was advertising the 10 year warranty ! The retailer doesn't deal with Doro anymore, and TBH, I can't blame them.
Rip off company.
