Ive been training with Dave for about 6 weeks now and I have to say he is the best trainer Ive ever had! He has created a programme for me that has reintroduced me to the gym after decades away from working out that is just the right level of difficulty to make me work hard but not become demotivated. He has a great personality and makes the workouts a challenging but fun experience. Highly recommended!

I have attended this class every week. I feel it has improved my overall fitness as it really helps to build up my strength, stamina/cardio and improve my breathing. I enjoy this class and have now signed up to do boxing where this training will get me ready. Take a look, give it a go. It is well worth it!!!
