During the recent hockey season I suffered a painful quad injury. Nat was able to assess the issue, come up with a successful treatment plan and give good advice about how to prevent future injuries. She was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel at ease. 100% would recommend!

Natalie is brilliant! I first saw her at Pinewood for a knee issue that I was putting off getting seen to. And I have seen her in London as well as virtually through lockdown. Working with Natalie got my knee to a place where I could run a half marathon! Very professional and never feel like my aches and pains are silly!

I am 82 years of age and recovering from a hip replacement operation just over five weeks ago. Whilst staying with my daughter in law she had Natalie Braid come and give me a couple of sessions of osteopathy. She was fantastic -- she located the problem with my knee, and then gave me a thorough 'workout'. Natalie is so efficient, very friendly, and the results speak for themselves!
