Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Gerrards Cross

Got my glasses three years ago complained that they we not right as soon as I picked them up and was told my eyes need to get use to them Went back complained there not right they measured the glasses and was told theres nothing wrong with them my eyes will get use to them Went back a third time complains there not right again re measured told nothing wrong after insisting that there was a problem I was told that the optometrist would ring me in a couple of days STILL WAITING I now have new glasses from M&S that are great and work properly Turns out prescription was right just SHODDILY made Please NEVER this shop

5 stars! Very accommodating to my assistance dog and my disability. They were a little busy so some waiting involved but was not a major issue, the staff are very kind!

Very disappointed by the service.Staff overwhelmed by having 2 customers to serve.I had my eye test ,decided to look at some glasses but there was no one available to help so I asked for my prescription was advised optician was busy and that they send it by email as everyone was busy.Waited one week no prescription.I eventually rang back and was advised I need to come in again to pick it up.Asked for one of the owners to return my call again still waiting. Very poor service. I wish I had gone to boots next door. Wish I could leave a zero star.
