My wife popped in unannounced yesterday as my spectacles lens had fallen out. Within minutes they were repaired and cleaned on the spot. I have used Oliver's for many years, Bruce the optometrist is superb and all the staff are at the top of their game. As always consistent superlative service 10/10.

I've always been with a family-run opticians so when I moved to the area I wanted to find similar. Olivers are fantastic. At my test, the optician advised me of a minor change but not enough to warrant new lenses (something I feel larger corporations would have encouraged!). The test was thorough despite COVID restrictions. When my glasses broke I had a wonderful appointment choosing a new pair. The optometrist listened to what I liked and selected some options, giving me great advice and opinions on the look. I'm really happy with the glasses and will definitely continue with Olivers. I usually hate choosing new glasses but Olivers made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Fantastic experience! First class service from beginning to end! Empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable, professional- health advice 10/10! The first optometrist to listen and help in an understanding way- my lenses were ready the very next day! I will be forever grateful and loyal to this outstanding family run business! Thanks to the team at Olivers for our eye checks and glasses purchase - as ever, thorough, reassuring and friendly. No pressure to make decisions and lots of practical advice on choosing the right frames and lenses for our very specific needs.
