Majestic Wine Gerrards Cross

I popped in to start stocking up on some festive fizz that had a good offer on it. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional and after I'd made my purchase they took me through the wines they had open for tasting and some other wines that came up during our ensuing conversation. Great service from knowledgeable staff and good value wines to be had. This branch has been consistently very good for several years.

Stay clear! I went to the Packhorse Road branch and had to post a letter before I popped in to pick up my Christmas haul of wine only to be chased up the road by the staff member who I presume was the manager, who told me that I can't park in the car park. I shouted back at him from across the road, that I was posting a letter and then would be visiting the shop but he stormed off. When I went back to my car, he swiftly came out of the shop again, shouting at me that I can't park there. He kept telling me that I was getting a parking ticket. Obviously, I avoided going into the shop after the rude way that I was spoken too and I'd think twice about visiting a Majestic Wine shop in the future if this is how their staff react!!! Rude .
