Woodland Manor Care Home

Hello everyone, firstly I would like to say that this is the worse care home that i have come across! I had a complaint to make to the head office, so I contacted them and I was told by the manager that she will not provide me with a email address or phone number for the head office!. So I told the manager "No problem" then hanged up and searched for the number myself, I found it and gave them a call. I spoke with them an explained my complained, (The head office was very helpful) but the manager wasn't who I spoke to first. I can not believe that she was the manager of that home!!.. I will be moving my relative to a different home as they are not happy with the management care and treatment at Woodland Manor! I wouldn't advise anyone to bring relatives there!

Outstanding environment and first class care for my aunt. I couldn't be any more pleased with our choice of care home. Lots of places to sit and relax, lots to do to keep busy and the cafe is lovely. Her bedroom is really spacious and she enjoys having her own private space.
