Some good experiences, more less so. Its hit and miss contacting them. They are a digital surgery. They prefer online. It feels like they avoid face to face. Parking in their car park is hopeless. The staff and the doctors use the same car park as patients. The bottom line for me is the practice isnt as good as it was when I first moved to the area. They need to be more face to face and they need to sort out the parking . Nov 3rd, 2022

This GP is absolutely excellent. Considering how understaffed and overwhelmed the NHS are, I am continually amazed by the perfect service I receive. The booking service is excellent - no need to call and wait on the phone (and even then the wait is far quicker than any other surgery I've been with), you can simply use their online booking system. They allocate appointments very quickly. My brother's GP Dr Basil has helped us far more than any surgery I've been with - I feel massively grateful for the genuine care and help he's offered. He has gone over and above to help, and I cannot thank him, and the surgery, enough.
Very grateful for the NHS and particularly this medical practice. Dec 12th, 2022

Im so sad to be writing this!! Im such an advocate for the hall practice. They saved my dads life. However, writing this on behalf of my little sister who is the hardest worker I know. Shes 16 and has a GSCE drama piece tomorrow. She has developed laryngitis style symptoms/ lost her voice due to a strain during a singing lesson and cannot preform her piece to the best of her ability. She actually wants to be a doctor and therefore, needs good grades for her chosen sixth form. We rang the surgery about the situation and their response was diabolical. I understand we are not priority but to not even care is shocking. We will pass it onto an appropriate person in 7 days 1. The exam is tomorrow. 2. Can I have something in writing, so at least we have something for the exam board?! Your a doctors surgery for gods sake and we arent ringing you for jokes. Shes so sad that shes got no voice for her exam tomorrow and no proof of seeking doctors help. The one place we thought could help, told us there is nothing they can do. Brilliant. Dec 10th, 2022
