I been with my doctors surgery 7 years alway I can say brilliant and fantastic doctors and receptionist and nurse best service I have ever had in my 54 years on this earth

i was phoned by the surgery to at 5.45 to change my appointment with nurse. The person who phoned me was intolerant and cut me off I now do not have an appointment to dress my leg. because of Easter I have gone a week with wound leaking, do I have to resort to find someone to do this privately?

I call for urgent appointment about 3 pm because I get something in my eye and my eye was red and painful,and the reception said I should call at 14:00 because they dont have urgent appointment today. How can I call at 14:00 if this happened at 15:00.

Reception not really interested to help and getting an appointment is like winning a lottery and not possible to get same day emergency appointment for kids.

I am extremely disappointed and repulsed with the service at this surgery, my father called on behalf of one of his sons deteriorating mental health and all he asked was to talk to his doctor over the phone on the matter which has been discussed twice before and the receptionist wouldnt even pass on a message but did advise us to write to him personally!!! What a service!!
