Used this before and went back recently and found it to be very expensive just to dry clean a pair of trousers. Will not go back again.

Took trousers to be altered and they were due to be done by Wednesday. Went on Wednesday shop not open at 9:30 so went back at 11 still not open called them and was told they would be open in 30 mins. Finally they opened but my trousers were not there they told me to come back the next day, I told them I couldnt. The woman put me on the phone to some man who didnt understand me in the end I told him to just bring them back unaltered. Absolutely hopeless will never go back

Haven't used them for dry cleaning or ironing before, but have used them for alterations twice & both times were terrible. There is quite a severe language barrier which also doesn't help. The first time I had a pair of dungarees which were too short in the body. I temporarily adapted them with an old pair of braces to add extra length to the straps then came in here asking for them to create new, longer straps. I returned a week later to find that all they'd done is add new elastic to the braces adaption I'd made & tried to charge me 15 for it! I managed to get the cost down to 10 but in hindsight I wish I hadn't, as it still wasn't what I wanted. I thought I'd give them another chance, as they are very conveniently based next to my office. I asked them to adapt a jumpsuit by putting a zip in the back where there was an existing seam. This cost 15. When I collected it the next week, I found they had used a grey zip on my black jumpsuit. When I tried it on, the zip toggle snapped straight off! On closer inspection, the zip was rusty & old, which is why it snapped. It must have been lying around & they didn't want to purchase a new, black zip to match the colour of my jumpsuit. When I went back & complained, they did rectify it. Be warned that this company are clearly not equipped or skilled enough to deal with simple alterations - AVOID.
