        Do not buy universal laptop chargers as they do not work. Issued refund promptly which was good but no apologies at all for the inconvenience which was disappointing and owner did not ask a single question upon return of the product or seem surprised that charger didn't work which suggests it may be a known issue. Upon return owner asked if I wanted to buy the real/branded charger - why was I not offered this in the first place? As my first experience of this shop I am not impressed.

        Friendly efficient service. Had an old Motorola and parts are hard to get but they sourced and fixed the problem and prices are very reasonable.
