Coherent are exceptional. My 22 year old NAD C350 amp was crackling, especially under higher loads. Tony was straightforward and very communicative from all the way through. He diagnosed the problem- a load of the capacitors were blown or degraded- ordered in substantially higher grade components and so upgraded the whole system while repairing it. Result: a dramatic improvement in audio quality and responsiveness. Its better than new, and hopefully will do another 20 years.

As ever Tony at Coherent provided an excellent service, rapidly turning around the repair on my amplifiers and keeping me informed of exactly what was happening at every step of the way.

Coherent Systems is a rare treat these days. You get customer service which is extremely competent and friendly at the same time. They don't force products on you and you can count on technical support after a purchase. My purchase was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company!

I've had another great experience dealing with Tony and Coherent systems. I just can't put into words just how much improvement the power cables, jumper cables and LPS have made to my system. I'm at the point now where I don't even hear the equipment anymore, it's all so transparent. If your goal in this hobby is just to listen to the music, to feel the wholesomeness of the sound and be emotionally involved, Tony and Coherent Systems has to be a port of call, you won't regret it.
