James has been excellent from start to finish. He has kept to time on his proposed work and was very detailed in his plans and drawings. He had an excellent understanding of what the requirements of the council were and communicated this to us in a clear and concise manner. After approval of plans when I've periodically checked in with him on small questions he's responded immediately which has been a massive help. I'd highly recommend his company and I will be happy to instruct their services again. Thank you again for a swift and smooth encounter.

James hadn't labelled a door as a fire door on my drawings. This cost me an extra 321 in remedial work in order to get the building signed off. I brought this to Jame's attention and gave him several opportunities to resolve this but he refuses to accept any blame. Really poor service and attitude. I cannot recommend his services as this was a small extension and the drawings should have been perfect. Update in response: It was the council building inspector who specified a fire door! I paid for plans that would get me through to completion, not just planning. What good would a phone call have done? As you are well aware, this was a small, standard extention and not a difficult application. The plans were not approved first time, I have several plan versions because you couldn't get the drain layout right.

Helpful professional service and produced high quality plans for our extension. Extremely knowledgeable when it came to the entire planning process and even gave us some additional idea on what could be achieved with our extension. Would certainly recommend.
