Amazing garage, superb service and from a very friendly team. Flat damaged tyre for which a new tyre was sourced and fitted within hours. Excellent and would highly recommend.

Had a broken coil spring on my car whilst on holiday in Woolacombe, called this garage and was told the part would be ordered and to bring it the very next day (bear in mind the car was barely drivable so journey time was key) and it would be done in 2 hours. Upon arriving, after a very perilous journey scraping the road!, the owner stated that he was backed up with work and as it would take him 3 hours he couldnt do it. He also said he was likely to need a special tool (even though a YouTube video shows this being done at home with standard tools). He called a friends garage who also said he couldnt do it as he was busy. He even suggested I get towed back to Stafford! I then had to drive again all the way to Ilfracombe to JUBILEE 77 GARAGE and they got me in on the same day and had it fixed and back to me within a couple of hours, brilliant! All Newberry Road Garage had to say on the phone was that they were busy and it was not possible, this would have saved a dangerous journey and enabled me to call someone else. Not good! Make sure you triple check he has time before travelling!! The only reason this isnt 1 star is because he tried to call someone else to get me in and Im probably too nice, as Id imagine anyone else would have gone crazy!
