Exceptional customer service I have just had my car repaired by JB Autos following a breakdown. The whole experience from diagnosis of the fault to recovery to their workshop and repair was exemplary. John quoted an approximate price for the repair and advised me every step of the way in terms of progress, which culminated in a final price well under the original quote! I contacted John with a problem. My brake caliper was sticking and my eml light had come on. It was desperation on my side as I was due to be heading away on a 330 mile journey the next day. The service I recieved was over and beyond. I dropped the keys( through his letterbox) and car into John's workshop. By this time it was 7.30 pm and John was still out working assisting another customer away from home. He kept in contact, messaging me at 9.00 pm telling me he had looked and diagnosed and would order the parts first thing in the morning. Sure enough a message landed first thing detailing the faults and the parts required with there costs. He explained he had a busy day and that the parts would be delivered on the 3 pm run. He assured me that no matter what he would help. At 9pm he called to say the car was done!! I drove the 330mile trip the next day and the car ran better then it ever did. John even text me to see that I arrived safely. He is a very friendly and professional man and offered a service far beyond anything I have experienced before. After having 3 mechanics, look at my car to try and determine what caused the engine to cut out and then not start. I contacted John, and he made an initial diagnosis over the telephone, which he confirmed when he visited me at home. He took the car and investigated more, which resulted in an effective repair. He kept me informed of what was being done to ensure I was happy with the work being done. His efforts have resulted in the car being resurrected and running better than ever. Thanks for all your efforts. They're really appreciated.
