        Had to chase them repeatedly to get the work booked in. When there was a query over the final price, Terry phoned me and was overly obnoxious and confrontational. Work done was not completed properly and guttering still leaks.

        After a few years,during this bad weather, it has come to light that I was ripped off of 250 putting 'lead' on my roof around the flue pipe. Turns out they used bitumen and foil!! Irainwaterhas been coming slowly in for years.f there was no stars as a selection that's what I'd give. Total cowboys.
