Loom & Last

Beautiful blinds however for one of the blinds I ordered the pull mechanism is no longer working. The company appears to no longer be in business as I have sent several emails over the last few months and had no response.

I ordered ready made curtains from Loom & Last, they were nice quality but they were 273cm instead of 274cm and following carpet removal they were a few cm too short. I hung 3 of the hooks on them on the rail before realising they were too short (I didnt leave them to hang), removed the hooks and then packaged them up with great care and in perfect condition to return (at my own expense). They responded weeks later to say that they could not issue a refund because I hung the curtains. I only hung 3 hooks on one out of 4 panels and they refused any refund. After about another week they issued a refund for one of the pairs. Unfortunately their customer service is very poor and would never order from them again. If you are 110% sure, go for it, the quality is ok but if not dont risk losing hundreds of .better to order from John Lewis or somewhere with better customer service!

Very happy with my pre-made pencil pleat curtains in 'Lily'. The quality is fantastic and they hang beautifully. The free fabric swatches were also very useful in helping me choose.

Very disappointed that a blind I've ordered has arrived with a fault in the material at the top and Loom & Last are expecting me to send it back at my own expense.
