Amazing experience to work with Bex. We have 2 children (aged 3 years and the other 8 months) who Bex helped us to sleep train. Both had their own personalised sleep plans and within days they were sleeping through. Bex supported us throughout the process and was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Highly recommend!!!

Where to start. Becky has changed our lives. Both myself and my partner were at our wits end, we were so tired and very ready for some help. Becky came and supported me on my first night of the plan and this was incredible as I was still so tired and emotional so having her support there was incredible. She was also amazing at replying to me whenever I needed her. Not only has it changed things for myself and my partner but our baby girl is now the happiest little lady and I cant thank Becky enough. I will 1000% recommend her to anyone.

Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. We have used Rebecca a number of times when things have got tricky with our twins. I feel I can ask her anything and knowing she is there with you every step of the way is hugely reassuring when you are sleep deprived and you feel like you have hit rock bottom. I have learnt so much from Rebecca and have more tools in my box to utilise if we have more bumps in the road in the future! Its empowering to feel you can address your childs sleep issues and know that things can improve. I would strongly recommend Rebecca to anyone if they are needing help :-).

Rebecca helped us a few times with our baby's sleep issues and supported us when we had lost hope. Who would have thought someone can understand a baby's cry and ease you through the fact that your baby is not in distress? We have learnt so much about our baby's cries and what they all mean but more importantly we are all getting the rest we need. It was important to us as a family that we do this together so the pressure isn't just on my wife and I'm so glad we worked with Rebecca to get us through the sleep issues.
