After years of health problems, in and out of hosp, hitting a brick wall, resetting and never getting to the root cause, I have finally started to feel myself again. Thanks to both Pete and Alice, whom I trust wholeheartedly, I've not only strengthened physically but I've grown more knowledgeable in overall health and how to tap into my intuition. I feel better everyday and with a deeper understanding of myself and needs. Their kindness, warmth and genuine investment into others' wellbeing, is like non other. I cannot recommend kyushi more and these two wonderful souls.

A gorgeous afternoon spent nourishing myself with breath work and a sound bath. We went for my friends birthday couldnt imagine a more perfect afternoon for what we all needed. Alice has created something special and I am grateful to have spent time with her and her talents yesterday.

I booked in a mini retreat with Alice for my birthday with two of my friends and it was incredible! Alice curated the perfect day for us. We started with a delicious herbal tea and then went on to do active breath work, something none of us have ever done before. We were excited but also a little scared but Alice talked us through everything before we started to put us at ease. The session was AMAZING! Truly the best holistic therapy I have ever done, wow, it blew me and my friends away. Alice was fantastic and guided us through the session she also carried out Reiki on all of us. Mind blowing! We then stopped for a break and Alice provided us with the most delicious hot Cacao drink while we chilled and chatted about the experience in the comfort of Alices beautiful studio. Next we had a sound bath, now if you havent had one of Alices sound baths yet you havent lived, seriously, its heavenly. So relaxing and beautiful you actually feel like your floating on a cloud! When Alice had finished all 3 of us felt so relaxed, present and happy. The day was total bliss, so much so that were going to do it again very soon! I highly recommend booking any of these treatments with Alice, shes so experienced, and amazing at what she does, she really is magical. Cant wait to go back!
