        We were away on our 1st ever caravaning Holiday when we noticed we had no water pressure. Rang McDonnell's and they got Ian to call us and he actually came out to us and diagnosed the fault after 5,mins and it did not need a new pump as we all thought.problem fixed and clean and tidy workmanship all done within 2hours of phone call.Can highly recommend to anybody.         Purchased a used tourer. There was no hard sell or waffle and I found the staff very knowledgeable. They couldnt do enough to help me and gave the caravan a thorough service prior to handing it over, automatically replacing anything that wasnt 100% right. Very thorough handover going through every aspect of the caravan and a generous deal on accessories i needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
