This is why I love reviews..aftercare is most important. If your cats aren't up to scratch people suffer . Hence why my last dealer paid out in court . (Majority) . Why aren't there tidy honest dealers ? Always come back with we tried sorting it etc. Ps Anyone that collects a car woth no v5 wall away ..Inc service records and advertised accessories inc keys . Terrible

we bought a vehicle over a month ago and still havent received the v5 plus the spare key which he said he would post, Ive rang him numerous times and basically told me not his problem and now Im down 250 to get a new key and a new v5 that hes misplaced. Did ask him if he wanted to resolve it but wasnt interested I would give it zero for a review but unfortunately cannnot Strongly advise against this dealer once hes sold you a vehicle he wipes his hands off it we did deal with the owner for all this and do have the description of the sale add that stated the car came with two keys at the time but magical the key disappeared as well as the v5. Did check with the dvla no record of the v5 being changed. We was only after what we paid for. She feels like shes been missed sold a vehicle

Do not buy a car from here!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would I travelled from North Wales to buy a car here after seeing it on autotrader. Having spoken to Richard who owns the garage, I travelled over 100 miles, he offered to pick me up from the train station and eventually agreed to put an mot on the car (for what it was worth)as i explained i had had problems in the past(so I thought he must be a nice man). Oh how wrong I was, as soon as the money hit his account he basically washed his hands of any responsibility he had. I got home and as I dont know too much about cars, I sent it for a service and asked the garage to check the car over. They came back with a list of things wrong with the car, I phoned Richard and he couldn't have cared less....he didn't believe my garage and said he thought they were trying to "do me over", I took it to another 3 independent garages who all agreed that the car should not have been sold in that state, he then offered me 50 to pay for one of the tyres(which cost me over 100each and I had to change 3) since buying the car I have had to spend about 550 on it and still need to do about another 4 jobs on it. Richard will probably comment that i had time to look over the car and test drive, which yes i did, but as said above i dont know much about cars, which is why i asked hime to put the MOT on it before i bought it and hence me taking it to a garage (8 days after buying it) for a service and to get it looked over, and i had read on reviews that he had really helped people after they had purchased a car off him....do not believe this as I certainly have not received anywhere near this level of aftercare....I've received no aftercare I wish I had never gone to this garage and I implore you not to buy from here....unless you have a lot of money to throw away

Very bad after sales service. They're not supportive and will tell you to fix an already existing issue yourself. I queried the service light on collection and was told the car had been serviced but the light had stayed on. After taking my car to my usual garage (6 days later) I discovered the air filter was blocked and full of leaves but Smithy's said sorting this out was my problem.

Strongly advise against this dealer once hes sold you a vehicle he wipes his hands off it
