        Absolutely gutted. Have used the lighter shop regularly over the last few years. Ordered a lighter for my daughters 18th and it never arrived sent multiple emails with no reply. Tried calling and just rings out. Now my daughter has moved from the original address (although has been still been able to check post, still no lighter). Really disappointed. I would have used the lighter shop as only supplier of my zippo products if not for this issue
