The Springbank team provided all the flowers for my wedding, from the initial planning to the actual day I felt like I had a personal 5 star service. Nothing was too much trouble and they are very organised which gave me confidence the day would run smoothly, one less thing to worry about! The flowers on the day looked and smelt amazing, really brightened up the room, we had so many compliments from guests. I cannot thank the team enough, you knew my dream flowers even better than I did! Thank you!!!

I was very disappointed with the flowers and service I received from Springbank Flowers. I called to arrange table centres for a corporate event and, after chasing numerous times, was given cost from 35.00 + VAT for very plain flowers. When I advised them that I had already arranged tables centres from a florist in London for 30.00 they advised they would offer the same rate but added a delivery charge. After attending our event in London where we had a stunning selection of flowers beautifully presented in fish bowls at the cost of 30.00 inc VAT, I was VERY disappointed to have been presented with 3 hydrangeas tied together and placed in a fish bowl and charged 30.00 + VAT plus a delivery charge of 60.00 for the pleasure. After our event I emailed them to advise them of my disappointment and almost 3 weeks later I still have not had a response! Needless to say I would not use Springbank Flowers again!

Springbank provided all floral decorations for our wedding at Victoria Baths in September and they did a wonderful job. Louise and the team were great from the start, understanding what we had in mind and executing it brilliantly. It was great to see the venue looking so beautiful the day of the wedding, they really brought the whole vision together and we received lots of compliments from the guests, many of whom took some of the flowers home at the end as they liked them so much. We also had bouquets, corsages and buttonholes and they all looked beautiful.
