I recently used Mark for a Target help to buy valuation on my property sale and a building condition report on my property purchase. Im so relieved that I chose Mark, he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His report on my 130 year old property purchase was detailed, thorough, practical and he took the time to explain ways to overcome any defects he found within the property. Both surveys were great value for money. Mark was prompt and clearly has a passion for older houses. Thank you so much for your help and advice.

I found Mark in my back garden without permission taking pictures, while my wife was in the back room feeding our newborn baby. I challenged him and asked him what he was doing. He picked up a lump hammer and threatened me. When I told him the police had been informed funnily enough he didnt hang around.

We used Mark for a Level 2 house survey and found him very efficient and helpful in explaining his report findings. I would recommend him if you're looking to buy a property in the High Peak vicinity.
