Bates Body Factory

We came to Bates originally to simply shred for our wedding. Over 2 years later we are still coming every week. We've had weekly PT sessions with Jonathan. These have been different every week so we've never been bored with the same routines. Jonathan has been great in supporting our weaknesses and helping us to build a better healthier lifestyle. I've now started training with Georgie as part of her mum and babies sessions. I can't fault how friendly and easy going these sessions are. Georgie is so patient and brings loads of encouragement and fun to each session. I am feeling more confident in myself and enjoying becoming stronger.

I started using Bates Body Factor after being recommended by several friends , Im so glad I did! Ive been a member of several gyms in the past but motivation was soon lost due to the intimidating environment. All the trainers at Bates are so friendly , and have always made the sessions enjoyable . Its such an amazing team of knowledgable professionals , i cant thank them enough!

I am loving my weekly sessions with Georgie and the other mummy's at the mums and baby group PT. Georgie is so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. She works us hard and I definitely feel the benefits the next day!! I would highly recommend this group to other mums looking for a full body work out!

Ive trained with Georgie for over seven years now and I couldnt be more grateful to have found her Georgies mummy and baby group in particular is such a fabulous, safe and supportive environment, with tailored exercises to fit not only your fitness level but your little ones needs too. Thank you for everything Georgie!

I signed up to start Mum & Baby PT with Georgie 8 weeks after having my son. Georgie creates such a welcoming environment with mats for our little ones to play on while we do our PT session, even helps settle them if they start getting grouchy, we can feed them and bring their toys along too. It is such a relaxed environment and such a brilliant idea for mums to be able to exercise with their babies and not have to worry about child care, it has given me my freedom back to get back to the gym and get exercising even while my baby is with me. Thank you so much Georgie.
