Duncan is a terrific man, first and foremost, who goes above and beyond to memorialise your special day. We booked Duncan for our wedding at Blackfriars in Newcastle, and to be honest, he even excelled our initial high expectations. We are both creative professionals, and we picked Duncan because we could tell from his portfolio that he doesn't just do the 'standard' posed pictures, priding himself on documentary style. If you want someone to not be constantly in your face and almost blend into your wedding, Duncan is 100% the guy; he captured the very essence of our wedding day and some! We found Duncan on Instagram and I instantly loved his work but he far surpassed our expectations when he worked with us for our wedding. He was easy to communicate with, really understanding and empathetic to our changed dates and just an absolute pleasure to work with. We absolutely love the images he captured for us and he clearly takes pride in his work as he was super professional yet calming and comfortable to be around on the day. He did a great combination of portraits and candid, natural images which really captured the mood of our wedding perfectly. Hes super talented but a really nice guy too. Weve had so many compliments of his work and we cant recommend him enough.

I could not recommend Duncan enough to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. I am incredibly uncomfortable in front of a camera and Duncan made me and my partner feel at ease. Nothing was forced and he was extremely professional, slotting into our day perfectly. And best of all we came away with a beautiful set of photos that I will treasure forever. Thank you so much for being part of our day and giving us some incredible photos to remember it by!

Duncan was absolutely incredible to work with. The pictures he produced for our wedding are beyond stunning. We spent ages picking out a photographer because it was such an important element of the wedding day for us, and nobody else's pictures compared to his. On the day, Duncan was friendly, got on well with the videographer, and he directed us really well, which is amazing since my husband is a bit camera shy! We both felt at ease the entire day. His communication has been spot on, and he captured exactly what we were going for. The pictures arrived promptly, and we had loads of lovely sneak peeks in the run up. We would highly recommend Duncan.
