        Absolutely outstanding company! THE best company I've ever dealt with, they are such a hard working team! If I could give 10 stars I would! The oils are absolutely amazing! The quality is second to none. The prices are fantastic, even down to the packaging, you get free CLPs with your oils. The delivery timescale is also brilliant! The effort they put into everything they do is amazing, I think Carley actually could be the real life super woman! And her team, especially her daughter Jodie are so helpful! They give such fantastic advice. Such a fantastic, genuine, warm, kind company.

        If I could rate this 0 stars I would do not buy from this company, they don't offer returns or refunds. I bought the 40kgs of paraffin wax when testing the wax before I could re sell it under my brand name, it was kicking off a ridiculous amount of black smoke, it was that bad when I could hold my hand above it & my hand would be covered in black soot. I emailed the lady carly & she said it was normal for it to give off black smoke I said Yankee candles are paraffin wax & they don't give off this much black smoke. She continued to say that my vessel was too small and my wick was too big I then showed videos & photos of it in a larger container with a smaller wick & she said I wasn't using it right. I have a tremendous amount of research before I started this business & she undermined me & patronised me over & over even though I showed solid proof that this was defective & unsafe to use. I had to go directly to PayPal to dispute it & then she continued to lie & say I had tampered with the product. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
