        We saw our new DS3 on autotrader and called straight along to view it. Joe was there when we arrived and was very helpful. No pushy sales pitches, no hanging over us while we looked around. After agreeing on the car, we arranged a pickup up date, and got it back on time, all valeted and ready to drive off. Everything was as discussed. Very easy process with no pressure.
