Their customer service is awful. It's more than 2 weeks our Internet is down but they don't care, just ask repeated questions every time and then say: we report it but they do nothing. I haven't seen such this trouble service before

If I could give 0 stars I would got talk talk says free install I waited 3 week b4 I was online and when I was online I had it up and running for a week then got a bill in for a month and a fitting fee. So I rang them to explain and was put onto a Indian woman very rude and hard to understand its a joke stay away from talk talk I tried cancelling mine within the time limit I got told someone will ring me back to cancel it and thay rang me the day after my 30 days so I was tricked into a contract with these always a language barrier and now there sending balifts for something I used for a week I have sent all the stuff back I was giving I don't use it at all yet I'm getting monthly bills still this is wrong

If I could give 0 star I would. Dont expect them to fix the problem at all. My broadband hasnt been working for 20 days. The conversation with them is impossible, absolutely nightmare!!
