Swim Now

My son had a huge fear of water and learning to swim. He has had a total of 9 hours with James from Swim Now at Hilton pool in Gateshead. James explans, is patient ans makes it safe and fun throughout the whole lesson. He gives his full attention to my son at all times. After 9 hours my son is swimming the full length of the pool unaided and confident. Thank you so much James

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the lesson are that I have purchased for my daughter. She was terrified of the water and after relocating I was worried about her changing from a teacher she had built confidence with. Liam took our lessons for the first 6th months and he was great. We had tears when lessons ended rather than trying to get her into the water. We recently have moved to lessons with James and we had no problems transitioning, she loves the lessons. The feedback you recieve at the end of the lesson is great, facilities are fantastic, admin staff are quick to answer emails but most importantly the teachers have a wonderful mannor and make lessons enjoyable whilst still being challenging. We'll worth every penny, I cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a very professional dialogue with Allistair before I decided to book the lessons. It was a difficult thing for me as I have some health issues. The lessons so far has been attentive, personalized and supportive.

We were looking for 1-2-1 lessons for our daughter due to her having some additional needs. Prior to booking the lessons we discussed our concerns with Alistair who was very reassuring. The lessons have been fantastic, from the very beginning Liam was so patient and delivered them at the correct pace. They are challenging for her but are also delivered in a way that makes them fun. Our daughter absolutely loves them and counts down the days to the next one! When Liam relocated we were concerned as our daughter had struct up a bond with him although we shouldn't have worried as James is also fantastic. She has made tremendous progress so far and we're sure she will continue to do so. Swim Now are fantastic with such high quality instructors and we can't rate them highly enough.
