        Excellent 1st time visit with Gary. I had terrible upper body tightness due to Gym & working from home. Sitting at Kitchen table for 10 hrs does nothing for your Posture. Gary has worked wonders and ive slept better than I have in 2 years just after 1 session. Also gave me great tips on how to reduce ache through the day. I will be back!!

        Wow... Just wow, I'd say this was my first sports massage, Gary was very professional but also a really good laugh made me feel right at ease from the second I walked through the door. The work over he gave me is no joke but it's the best thing since sliced bread IMHO! I felt fantastic afterwards. He also went through everything in some detail which was great, kinda helped me piece together the reasons behind my lower back pain. I will definitely return for follow up and highly recommend core sports massage. Thank you and see you again soon
