Properties Unique Serviced Apartments.

After my Dad had an accident in the Lake District we unexpectantly ended up in Newcastle after he was transferred to the RVI. The team at Properties Unique were really helpful in finding somewhere for my Mum to stay and feel comfortable. The accommodation was excellent and they were really helpful with the duration of the booking which was complicated by not knowing when my Dad would leave hospital. It was a stressful time for the family but was great to have people on the end of the phone to deal with any minor issues. Overall a great experience with PU and we would 100% recommend. As a side benefit we also got to know more of Newcastle including the lovely coastline. We will be back in happier times for another visit. Thank you Properties Unique!

I've had the pleasure of staying in a Properties Unique apartment for a period of some months, so have had ongoing dealings with Vivien and her team over an extended period of time. Leaving aside the apartment itself (which is lovely) I've rarely experienced such superb, customer focused service on a consistent basis; nothing is too much trouble, and whenever I've needed anything the response has been immediate. I can't recommend them highly enough.

booked in for the Great North Run. Perfect accommodation. Spacious, convenient location, quiet, all the facilities we required (and a few that we didn't need! ;-)). Easy to find, and plenty of pre-arrival information and useful local information once we got there. More than happy to stay here again, in fact, very probably will.

The team at Properties Unique were have clear instructions for where to meet upon my arrival and I was greeted by Len who helped me in with my bags. The first apartment was situated in the heart of Gosforth. Vivien was a very attentive host and any issues I had were resolved quickly. The first apartment was a ground floor flat by the main entrance to the building which was quite noisy but Vivien kindly offered to help me relocate to one of the other PU apartments. Both apartments came with all mod cons. There were a couple of issues getting the correct key to the gate and the intercom wasn't working but Vivien was quick to send someone to sort these out. Overall, a pleasant stay and would return again.
