    AVOID had nothing but issues with my system ongoing since May last year. Customer services are NOT proactive but total opposite. Do not book engineers to resolve issues and this is their recommendation. Send out incorrect batteries and expect you to fit them to sensors yourself . Requested numerous manager call backs NEVER happen and again calls are never logged. The system is supposed to be 24/7 365 monitoring. Doesnt happen . My alarm had 3 faults on till I majorly and some what resented kicking off yesterday when away from home I had 3 alarm activations but couldnt access my app. My mum accessed my home on New Years Eve the alarm was not deactivated and she was able to access my property for 2 1/2 hours before the kitchen sensor picked her up. STILL waiting for the manager call back and engineer . STILL waiting for yesterdays manager call back. BUT here is the UPSIDE to ADT. They are happy to set up a new contract for you with a new system even tho Im only 7 months into a 24 month contract telling me I would only have to give a months notice on my old contract!!!!!! Again incorrect information wanted the sale. I would incur a massive cancellation fee or would have to pay for 2 contracts. I paid a 259 deposit but wasnt stupid enough to sign the new contract till the old was cancelled. This was in December and fighting to get my deposit back. To summarise Manic and disgraceful customer service Not monitored 24/7 365 Do not keep the system functioning to useable standards Be prepared to do some repair work yourself and buy your own batteries. Never expect any manager support Prepared to set upFraudulent accounts DO NOT USE do your research first. Just because they are a national company dose NOT make them the best. Over priced c**p service . Your home is NOT secure

    Horrible company. Customer service have an attitude and have to follow a script without actually asking relevant questions and God help you if you have a problem on a weekend because they certainly wont.
