Absolute joke of a company, the engineer came out to my property and told my wife that the control panel was broken. My wife asked him the cost of a new one and he said he doesn't do the quotes. My wife explained that we were due to go holiday soon and needed the alarm fixed straight away, as we didn't want to leave our house empty without a working alarm. The engineer said his dad who does the quotes would email her ASAP and they would be able to fit it the following week. The day we were going on holiday there was still no quote and I called the office and left a message. 1 week later we returned home to an invoice for 48 for a call out charge from this company for them disabling our alarm, still no quote for the new one. My wife called them again to be told the person who deals with quotes is on annual leave but they would try and sort it. 2 days later PSL called my wife with a quote for a new control panel. It took PSL 2 weeks to sort a quote out and I didn't have a alarm during this time. I eventually went with a better company to fix my alarm for a better price. I would not recommend this company.
