        Photograph all issues during tenancy and especially when leaving. Involve council and legal advice or services whilst involved with this company. Ceiling fell in, expected rent to still be paid for an uninhabitable property.

        My husband and I would highly recommend using K Property. Every member of staff that we interacted with was professional, friendly and honest. The Manager, made us feel very comfortable upon entering our home. He took the time to understand what we wanted. A huge thank you to K Property and the team for guiding us through the renting process. If the time ever came again where we wanted to rent a home, we would definitely use them again.
