I have had a few issues but together we have always come to an agreement. They are willing to work with you and they don't bother you unless of course you don't pay rent. They are quite relaxed with what you want to do in the house with regards to decorating etc as long as the property is kept to a good standard. Had a few issues with repairs but thry are always eventually rectified. Love my home and intend to stay as long as possible
