Would give 0 stars if I could. After I left the property tried to stop me getting my deposit back, the landlord said I could get 100% back however they refused to email back or co-operate with the deposit company so I ended up having to pay a solicitor to help get this back for me! Also lied and tried to tell me I owed a months rent, I explained and argued this and once she realised I was correct she stopped responding to me. The woman who runs this company (I think its her company) is a absolute nightmare so awful and nasty.

( warning avoid at all costs) do not rent a property with this company and the landlords they use we rented Derwent house in low Westwood and it was the worst five months of our lives let me begin. From the beginning we were lied to about the communal situation you can't put your own bins out because you don't have access to the supposed communal garden it has been fenced off by the neighbour there is also a fire escape attached to the barbers next door who believe it or not can actually walk into your property at any given time it is totally absurd we had a water meter fitted only to realise that the water feeds all three properties from one supply so it has to be removed a completely insane situation , if you dare ask for a job to be done bodgeit and scarper turn up when they can be bothered and put a stick plaster on everything they never do a job properly , the garden is a joke and a mess and has been left to rot and the steps are dangerous they wobble, the drain from the hairdresser's spills dirty water and hair allover despite it being reported and ignored ( sticky plaster) it stinks ,the bathroom tiles are coming off the wall but it's ok just fill it with no more nails ( sticky plaster) it lasted two days and the list goes on .the lass next door is a complete lunatic and shouts and screams all day long and parties until 6 am it gets worse apparently the whole house is boarded up with a police warning attached due to an incident apparently. Capital properties are a disgrace with an abhorrent attitude towards its tenants ,the landlord doesn't care at all about the standard of his properties and Indeed the work that is carried out on them like I say avoid them at all costs we have had a very lucky escape but I guess everyone's standards are different as we were told by capital properties how very true that is
