Don't ever go with this company, they do not care about their tenants, I lived in one of their properties and I had my room set on fire by another tenant, took them 2 weeks to come out and fix it! Had to live with a towel as a curtain, when speaking to them they just fobbed me off with lame excuses, absolute shambles and they never paid me my damage deposit as I was to blame even though I had a crime reference number which they refused to accept. Vile woman called Pauline is not a customer service representative disgusting woman!

I am living in a property rented by this agency and my experience was very bad. I had a water filtration in my room and took long time to be fixed and I had to live with mould problem (even my clothes got damaged) . After they fixed the infiltration , they didnt repaint and I have been left with an horrible stain on the wall... very depressing. Also, the contract included a cleaning service that I have being charged for but nobody comes to clean the property. I complained many times without any result.
