I wouldn't recommend these robbing people to anyone my daughter has just left one of their houses and it was in pristine condition after she left now they've told her they are taking over 200 to get cleaners in because the bathroom was dusty it was damp and they painted over it I really hope they never get many tenants in the future

I dealt with a lady called Diane mutch she was very helpful with all my queries very fast email response. Being self employed can be a hassle sometimes, but Diane made things very easy for me. Although i did not proceed with the property. I had a pleasant experience I have dealt with a few estate agents but this one was by far the easiest to deal with 5 stars from me

As a landlord and overseas investor I have found the team at homes or houses always great to deal with and quick to reply to questions. I feel sad to read the other very negative comment from a tenant. I would highly recommend them.

Keep well away from this company houses are full of damp. And when the damp comes through you are liable. They paint over it. Read there small print and there fees. Staff are very unprofessional. There are better and cheaper letting agencys about
