Been chasing this mob up now for over a month regarding a prisoners recall to prison. Life licence must not mean anything despite what the license it's self stipulates and why its terms were set out. I've gave three chances today 1/6/2017 for Fiona to call me back since she's returned to work from our first telephone conversation which she went on holiday. So much for apparently being under-payed according to Unison and there strike back in 2015. I've got all my documents wrote out to the home office secretary of state (Sam Gyiman) which I'll leave open for further notes upon our next telephone conversation. I feel I'm doing her/their job for them,she has openly admitted to not drug testing this exconvict who's on life licence so that alone SCREAMS untole amounts of worry about this service and her inability to preform her job. Public safety musn't mean nothing and the risk this can impose is unparallel to why they even bother with licences agreements. Why not keep them imprisoned if you can't find it in yourself or the service for that matter to uphold what the system sets out. Don't give me this guidelines nonsense when it's set out in black/white that to me is a contract and contract LAW is to be withheld despite your lack of pay grade. Don't take the job if your incapable of meeting the standards,all has and is being documented with the police and appropriate services let's hope they can uphold the oath they sworn. Misconduct in a public office is punishable with a statutory sentence and I'll will push my hardest to see those held accountable for this. Yours sincerely a true member of society...
