Hi I would like to say a big thank you to Royal Mail Customer Service team in general for the role you do it's much appreciated , as I dont know which area if it is Gateshead a Nathan Law operator code is 4252078 works within that supported us . I hope he sees my google review and it gets passed to him by his employer and he gets recognition for his passion for his role . I would like Royal mail to know Nathan kept to his word doing his best ringing me back as promised today 22nd Nov 22 and acted professional and understanding of our situation raised . Nathan went above and beyond representing Royal mail in a positive polite manner and was very approachable and showed true values of the Royal Mail postal service exactly what the customer wants. We felt supported as Nathan cared to keep to his word ringing us back and had such a understanding of how the Royal mail wants to he represented on it's on mission statements and core Values . Well done Nathan for being such an asset to Royal Mail I hope you get credit you deserve from your employer by being a valued member to the general public that shows a passion to help others Many thanks from us

I tracked my parcel for over a fortnight it went to various places in the uk before ending up at forest Hall sorting office, it landed there on the 27th of October at just after 6am and (APPARENTLY) delivered just after 9am, well no parcel received and also no card left at my address. Now I'm trying to open a dispute but Royal Mail are trying to pass the problem to a foreign postal service even know they did their job and got it to the UK shores, why would I open a dispute with them when infact Royal Mail had my parcel for over a week it was in there possession and now I can't get through to who ever I need to speak with because of covid! Nothing but an excuse on their part, and their robot chat is an absolute joke you can't ask questions just answer the same three questions without actually bejng helped "but you know its covids fault and also the foreign postal service." If this isn't sorted asap I'll be taking this further and suing yes it may only be a 300 jacket but that jacket was paid for and left in your hands trusted to deliver which you obviously haven't.
