        Engineer was friendly, efficient, tidy and explained as he did his job. He checked the gas supply before and after and made sure everything was working properly.

        After installing and servicing my fire the past 2 years the fire developed an intermittent fault. I called in July to speak with them and explain my problem. They explained they were busy due to trying to catch up with a backlog of work. I asked to give me a call when available, coming near to the yearly service date I tried to call numerous times and left messages but no reply. Ended up having to find someone else.
