        We came here just for some simple prints and my girlfriend was helped by Heidi (if I remember correctly). It was only her first week working there but I want to extend a massive thank you.         Visited on a busy day and was served by a lovely woman called Georgia. Excellent customer service finding time to do my passport application during a busy period while attending to multiple customers at the same time. Very efficient 5* service
