        I was promised a text alert when my prescription is ready but usually don't get one and have to phone and ask. Sometimes phone answered but mainly isn't answered at all. Order is always ready 2 or 3 days after gp surgery says it will be. Staff always pleasant and helpful though. I think they need more staff as this is one of only 2 pharmacies in the area.

        The shop is very Busy all the time the staff seem to disappear round the back of the shop witch mean there is never any one on the counter,and I always have to wait for my prescription to be ready even if I order it a week early sometimes they dont have enough stock and I have to go back again I am disabled and this is an extra task I can do without in one word HOPELESS
