Prince Consort Road Pharmacy - Avicenna Partner

The senior pharmacist, old woman with grey hair must be one of the most miserable, unhelpful and fake people I have ever met. Obviously more concerned about finances than people's health, very judgemental and likes to talk about other people behind their backs. I've sat witness to this on a number of occasions, discussing with her colleagues the people who have been in for their medication. Very unprofessional and the reason why I will not be using this particular pharmacy again. The two lads ( one bald and one thin with spectacles) who go in very regularly with the red car would not be happy to hear what she said about them after they left, I think they would be livid to learn what she has said on a number of occasions and like me they should find another pharmacy ASAP!

Just visited in the last hour. Unfortunately one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Greeted very abruptly and aggressively by a staff member behind the counter. Seemed to have better things to do whilst picking my items. Made to feel like I had done something very bad to her. Just RUDE. More or less ordered to sign the back of the voucher and I said well do I just sign it and where? Asked where the pen was and I was told THERE in a very aggressive way. She then proceeded to ask me if I paid for my prescriptions. Her attitude towards me seemed to improve when I said yes I do. Thats the way it came across or maybe she could sense I wasnt happy and realised her attitude was awful. Absolutely disgusting all the same. The respect she showed for me was zero. On the plus side the pharmacist was very pleasant and respectful when giving me my prescription and I didnt have to wait long for it, so not all bad. Carol Wilson

They are patient-oriented, quick in processing prescriptions and give proper counselling as regards medications and life style. The staff are nice and polite.

Only been useing this pharmacy for a month won't be going back the staff are very abrupt and bad mannered worst sevice I have ever had any one wanting medication don't use this place
