        The staff they have are great, but I'm marking this store down because they are seriously understaffed and Boots are to blame for that. Even when they closed the branch across the road, they didn't increase the staff and there is usually just one (very stressed) lady serving a long queue.

        The most unhelpful pharmacist Ive known. Went in this morning with a letter from the hospital to ask if they could remove 2 tablets from my 85 year old aunts prescription box but apparently the pharmacist was too busy to do it. Luckily the lovely girls on the counter helped by giving me 2 tablets the same so Id know which to take out, as no way I would know. Extremely bad attitude for a pharmacist, I find Youngs who do my mums prescriptions a lot more helpful.
