Boots Opticians

I had an urgent problem and tried for 3 days to ring but no answer. Even tried the 'emergency' number on their website but they could not get through to anyone. Online appointments weeks ahead so will have to go through 111. Would like to give no stars but not allowed.

I visited the optician department and I was very impressed by how organised every thing was. Very affordable products a good selection of different type of glasses. Very friendly member of staff. I definitely use this service again.

Can never get an answer even when they have be asked you to call back. Terrible customer service. Awarded one star because there is nothing lower

I was in the store for 10 mins, trying on Oakley glasses with the intention of buying these with my prescription, but not one member of staff actually acknowledged me, meaning I had to walk away empty handed. The store wasn't even busy at the time, as there were a couple of staff who were standing around. The selection of glasses was thorough, and the presentation is nice in the store, although they could clean the glasses more, as the ones I tried on had greasy lenses, with fingerprints on them
