Barchester - Springvale Court Care Home

Springvale is my favourite place to work in barchester home. I am an agency staff , I have had the privilege to work in most of the barchester homes. Honestly springvale is a home for residence looking forward care/love. The manager Is a role model, the deputy is amazing . The entire staff members loving and welcoming. Its always always a pleasure to work at springvale because the management is a team making the job enjoyable. I will score springvale 10/10.

I cannot praise this home enough the staff are kind and friendly and the manager is very approachable and always on hand to give support. My friend has lived here for 2 years and has nothing but good things to say, theres great activities, great food and the care my friend receives is excellent.

Springvale is a lovey warm and welcoming home and my uncle cold not be cared for to a higher standard. The staff are very caring and supportive and the home manager and deputy could not be more responsive to any needs my uncle has or questions my family have

I offer reminiscence therapy. I recently visited springvale court to see if they would be interested in the activity. I was overwhelmed by the kindness shown by the staff. The manager and the deputy were very helpful and caring (they even offered me some freshly baked cake and a coffee). Can't wait to go back to springvale court

Judith the manager seems to have little interest in the staff who have worked there in the past when they ask for a simple reference confirming they worked there, presumably she is the same to her current staff which doesn't suggest a caring person at all to me. Her inability to find records on a computer does not fill me with confidence, never mind that she is breaking the law by refusing to give a simple comfirmation reference of employment. She does not come across as a competent or caring manager so I would leave anyone elderly and vulnerable with her
