        wouldn't give me MY parcel that I'd described, after showing MY collection email on MY phone that I had to open with MY fingerprint and able to show payment for the item on phone.... but still no parcel as I didn't have a bank card on me for ID, as all cards are stored on the phone and don't show the name it's 2023, carrying cards is dying out, bills are online, the shop needs to get with the times - don't use this branch for click and collect

        Post Office Rude unhelpful woman unable to do her job, arrived at 3:50, she wasted time moving parcels around and then told everyone in the queue she was closing at 4 so would not be serving anyone else. Lazy and incompetent.

        Always friendly, always helpful! It's surprising what you can get there! In the 58 years I've been in Low Fell they've always had a good reputation. They've adapted really well to the digital age, and now they've taken on the Post Office I'll be going more often now!
